Note:
- In a Gypsy Max.06 adults, + 02 (Below Five years ) Children are allowed
- Safari Booking Require: Name, Age & One ID Proof like Pan No / DL no / Voter ID no etc –
- In case of any upward revision of Rates by Government, the additional charges will be collected from Visitors at the time of Entering in Corbett Tiger Reserve
- Any cancellations on safari bookings or hurdles caused after reservation, due to weather conditions & reasons beyond control will not be resort responsibility
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Any & all cancellations shall be entertained through written communication to official email ids only.
- All cancellations shall levy the following cancellation charges:
- 0% of the total package cost shall be charged if canceled 30 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 25% of the total package cost shall be charged if canceled 20 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 50% of the total package cost shall be charged if canceled 15 days in advance of the check-in date.
- 100% of the total package cost shall be charged if canceled within 15 days of the check-in date.
Note:
- Guest to carry valid govt ids such as Driving License, Voter Id or Passport.
- Check in: 12:00 Noon and Check out: 10:00 AM
- All outdoor arrangements are subject to weather conditions
- DJ players will be subject to permission from the forest department and played indoors
- Night shall be extended on a prorate basis only
- Early check-in and late check out shall subject to availability and chargeable
- Proper swimwear is required before entering the swimming pool. Swimming trunks are available for purchase at a unit.
- Any cancellations on safari bookings or hurdles caused after reservation, due to weather conditions & reasons beyond control will not be resort responsibility
- Carrying Arms and ammunition is prohibited on the resort premises
